Dr Robert Harland and Johnny Xu visit the new Graffwerk headquarters at North Mills, Frog Island, in Leicester, to meet Company Director, Antony Overend. The discussion explored the Leicester street art scene, and potential future collaboration. Graffwerk develop legal street art sites, offer workshop activities and engage with the Arts Council, contributing t the local arts economy both artistically and financially.
